Jack Jolley is a strategic consultant and advisor to Filament, leveraging a 25 year career and a substantial range of experience in the fields of institutional and private client fixed income sales, trading and portfolio management. Prior to advising Filament he was co-founder and Chief Investment Officer of Quellos Fixed Income Advisors, LLC, managing over $1.0 billion in fixed income custom portfolios and co-mingled funds for private clients and institutions. Jack’s prior experiences include his term as Assistant Treasurer of Microsoft Corporation and ten years working in proprietary bond sales and trading in New York, London and Seattle. Jack graduated from the University of Washington with a B.A. in accounting.
